Elizabeth Taylor's estate auctions seem to be getting a lot of attention lately. You can view "Highlights from the Collection of Elizabeth Taylor" on the Christie's website.

I think it was really cool that she was said to have had purple eyes AND double eyelashes. It must have been a real pain to pick out sunglasses.

Paul Poiret was one of the original "fashion designers" as we know fashion designers today. He was best known for introducing the draping technique and freeing women from restrictive foundation pieces. He was a trailblazer in the fashion world.
